I tour as many homes as possible in an effort to know our inventory and understand our market. I also receive market information in real time from expert sources throughout Boulder County and from trusted national news sources.

Whether representing a buyer or seller, I strive to respond to emails, phone calls, and text messages promptly and I am dedicated to keeping my clients abreast on new developments and progress in a timely and consistent manner. I am committed to communication with all parties involved in the real estate transaction. This means that I will stay in active communication with the listing or selling broker(s) on the other side of the transaction, your financial adviser and/or mortgage broker, the title company, home inspector, etc. in order to protect and serve your best interests.

The Boulder Community has enriched my life in many ways, that it is feels only natural to give back. As many local business owners and non-profits can attest, I am a strong supporter of Local Boulder. I advocate for individuals, businesses, and non-profits through marketing, facilitating personal connections, and fundraising. I am also an active volunteer throughout Boulder, working with organizations such as Historic Boulder, the Boulder Homeless Shelter, Meals on Wheels, and more. I believe that service to the community enables me to better serve my clients as it has provided me with a unique perspective of Boulders rich and diverse culture and has helped create meaningful bonds with many area residents.

The real estate industry consumes staggering amounts of natural resources and energy each year and I am dedicated to understanding as much as possible about the latest in sustainable building materials and designs in order to better serve you and our Earth. In an effort to give back, I have pledged to plant ten trees for every one real estate transaction I am involved in; native pine, fir, and cedar are planted in the Plumas National Forest through the Arbor Day Foundation.
